Cover is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year and includes: -
- Call-out charges
- Labour up to a maximum of 2 hours
- Parts and materials to a maximum of £100
- Alternative accommodation up to £250
- Unlimited claims per insurance period
- Repairs guaranteed for 12 months
Maximum payable per claim is £1,000.
Home Emergency Solutions provides cover for the following emergencies: -
- Breakdown of mains heating
- Plumbing and drainage problems
- Home security, including locks and windows
- Breakage or failure of any sole toilet unit
- Lost of domestic power supply
- Lost keys
- Vermin infestations
